The manager at this location was extremely rude and unprofessional. She made us sit between two grills where the chef's station wasn't even facing us, even though there were other available tables. She told us they were not opening any more tables for anyone. However, when more guests arrived, she immediately opened another table for them. When I asked why, her response was simply, "It's my choice." This was a very disappointing experience. The poor customer service completely ruined what was supposed to be a family celebration. I would not recommend this location if you're planning to celebrate any special occasion with your family.

We had an amazing experience at Nikko Hibachi! The teppanyaki show was so entertaining to watch — the chef grilled everything right in front of us: shrimp, scallops, lobster, steak, and chicken, all perfectly cooked. The fried rice was delicious, and the vegetables were fresh and flavorful. The sauces on the side were a great touch. For dessert, we had the fried ice cream with chocolate drizzle and a super cute Mickey Mouse chocolate cake — both were wonderful! The atmosphere was lively and fun. Highly recommend for a great dinner experience!

Great hibachi spot! The atmosphere is awesome — lively, with fire and a show right at your table, perfect for a group night out or family dinner. Service was top notch too: the staff was attentive, friendly, and never made us feel rushed. The food was super fresh — you can tell everything’s cooked right in front of you, which really adds to the quality. The steaks especially stood out — juicy, cooked perfectly, with that real grilled flavor. Honestly some of the best hibachi steak I’ve had. Overall a great night with awesome food and a fun show. Will definitely be back. 5 stars well earned!

After going a few times, this has become one of my favorite hibachi spots. The food is always good, the show is fun, and the vibe is great. The staff is friendly too 😊 Definitely a place I’d come back to. 🍣🥢

Food was great, unfortunately service was not. We are a party of 15 and even though we made a reservation we had to wait over 30 minutes for a table, and once we got sat we were rushed. The waitress went as far as asking us several times if we needed a “to go box” while half of the party was still eating. While the prices are good, I would not recommend if it is supposed to be an important occasion, considering it’s my friends birthday.
